This link contains interesting information about the reasons why the icebergs sometimes are blue derived from a essay wrote by Mark Dubovoy.

He also talks about the myths that attempt to explain the blue color of the icebergs. indicating, what are the true origins of that coloration. speaks in detail of the blue water of the oceans, snow and ice, among others. Including bigs and interesting photos of many types of icebergs.

  2. In my opinion, I must say that this is a natural wonder, something that had never imagined existed, because one always imagines white icebergs. I think if people saw this photo this could cause a significant change in their consciences, because they would recognize how wonderful nature can be and that we must begin to protect and respect, because with many of our daily activities we it cause serious damage to it, causing as consequence that maybe someday these blue icebergs do not exist, because they will be melted. Let us learn to appreciate what we have and not destroy it.

Here I leave a link which explains about the blue icebergs
